I mostly check RID’s Career Center (https://rid.org/resources/career-center/) and ask to be added to hospital and school vendor lists — like planting seeds you can harvest later. Agencies are great for filling gaps, but rates and travel policies swing a lot, so ask for their pay schedule upfront — i’ve had mixed luck with Linguabee for VRI lately if anyone’s seeing something different.
