Resource allocation for upcoming events

As we gear up for the annual conference next month, I’m starting to think about how to effectively allocate our interpretation resources… We’ve seen an increase in requests for services, and I’m concerned that we may not have enough interpreters. Has anyone else navigated this challenge recently? I’d love to hear how you’ve approached it.

I’ve found that early communication with potential interpreters really helps. Last year, I started my outreach about two months before our big events, and it made a big difference in getting the right talent locked in. Have you considered using a scheduling tool to manage requests more efficiently?
